借助微信平台提升基层图书馆信息化服务水平

How the Leverage the WeChat Platform to Enhance the Information Services of Grass-roots Libraries

尽管近年来各地基层图书馆服务方式和服务手段不断创新,但是,由于受自身软硬件设施、技术条件、人员素质和经费等因素的影响和制约,大多数基层图书馆信息化服务水平低下,甚至部分基层图书馆至今还未搭建网站。微信的出现给基层图书馆改变现状带来了希望与机会。基层图书馆如何利用微信这个新媒体平台,改变目前服务手段落后的现状,拓宽服务范围、提升信息化服务水平,是我们图书馆人亟待思考和解决的问题。

Although the service mode and service means of grass-roots libraries across the country are constantly innovated in recent years,most of the grass-roots libraries＇ information service level is low due to the influence and restriction of their hardware/software facilities, technical conditions, personnel qualities, funds and other factors, and even part of the grass-roots libraries has not yet set up website till now. The emergence of WeChat brings about the hope and opportunity to grass-roots libraries to change their status quo. And how to changethe grass-roots libraries＇ status quo,expands their service scope, and enhance their level of information service through using the new media platform of WeChat, is a problem demanding prompt consideration and solution of the librarians.
