摘要
管道阴极保护电流密度既是衡量防腐涂层绝缘性能的重要指标,又是管道阴极保护系统的主要控制参数,能同时反应管道防腐层及阴极保护系统的工作状况,可以用来检测评价整个管道防腐体系。分析结果表明:电流环法是最科学的检测技术,但目前的测试设备现场适用性较差,急需改进;而评价方法过于简单、缺乏指导性,需要结合现场数据及经验进行完善。
Pipeline cathodic protection current density was an important indicator to measure insulating performance of anti-corrosion coating and also was one of the main control parameters for cathodic protection system, so that it could simultaneously respond the working conditions of pipeline coating or cathodic protection and be often used to inspect and evaluate the pipeline anti-corrosion system. Analysis results show that current clamp method is the most scientific inspection technology, but the test equipments need to improved now for the poor applicability in field; because the evaluation method is too simple and devoid of the guidelines, it should be perfected combining of the field data and experiences.
