摘要
某气井在生产过程中13Cr不锈钢油管发生泄露。油管起出后对工厂端外螺纹根部存在横向裂纹的两根油管进行取样,通过油管的理化性能和力学性能分析结果,并结合现场工况及管柱的受力情况,对该井13Cr油管失效原因进行综合分析。结果表明:起出的两根13Cr油管的化学成分符合技术条件要求;该13Cr油管工厂端外螺纹根部的横向裂纹是在腐蚀介质和拉应力共同作用下的应力腐蚀开裂。
A 13 Cr stainless steel tubing was found some leakageproblemin the process of production.Twotubings with transverse crack in the root of external threadwere taken. Based on the analysis of the physical and chemical properties and mechanical properties of the tubing, the failure causes of 13 Cr tubing were analyzed by combining the site condition and force of the string.The results show that the chemical compositions of the two 13 Cr tubing were meet standards,and stress corrosion cracking of the 13 Cr tubing occured under the effect of corrosive medium and stress.
