摘要
本文简叙了现有箱柜在生产过程中的主要问题,提出了使用铆接代替焊接的新加工工艺,并对铆接工艺典型产品结构耐震性、密封性进行了试验验证,论证了铆接技术的可行性;通过工艺前后生产环境、生产成本、效率等的分析对比,说明了铆接工艺的先进性,是一种值得推广的工艺。
This paper introduced the problems in the production of bin,and given the idea of a new technology—application of rivet replace jointing,and tested the typical structure of the bin in inter-vibration and hermetical,it shows that it's a viable technology;via comparing in local environment,cost,efficiency,indic ated that it's an advanced,worth whileextended technology.
