摘要
针对目前截留率检测装置自动化水平低,测量不精确,实验复现性差等问题,设计了一套基于PLC的中空纤维超滤膜截留率检测装置。装置以S7-200系列PLC为主控单元,SMART-1000IE触摸屏为人机交互界面。在膜分离过程中采集压力、温度、流量等信号,经过PLC计算后将相关物理量显示在触摸屏上。同时操作人员可以通过触摸屏调节阀开度、泵的流量等,实现膜分离过程中的参数可控。对变送器信号采用了一种软件修正算法,提高了测量的准确度。
Aiming at the low automation level,inaccuracy measurement and bad reproducibility of the reject rate,a fiber ultrafiltration Membrane Rejection Detection Device was designed. S7-200 series PLC and the SMART-1000 IE touch screen were applied in the device. Pressure,temperature,flow and other signals were collected in the membrane separation processes. Through the calculation of PLC,relative parameters were presented on the touch screen. By changing the valve opening and pump flow,membrane separation parameters were controlled. To improve the accuracy of the measurement,the program used a correction algorithm.
