摘要
文中将中空纤维液相微萃取(HF-LPME)与电喷雾离化离子迁移率谱方法(ESI-IMS)结合对减肥茶中的盐酸西布曲明和止咳糖浆中的氢溴酸右美沙芬进行检测。首先利用ESI-IMS测定了2种物质标准品的约化迁移率分别为1.17 cm2/Vs和1.22 cm2/Vs;再将HF-LPME/ESI-IMS用于实际样品分析,选择合适的萃取酸碱度条件,实现了基质复杂的实际样品中2种物质的检测;其中减肥茶中的西布曲明检测限为22μg/L,止咳糖浆中的美沙芬检测限为26μg/L。
The hollow fiber micro-extraction technique( HF-LPME) coupled with electrospray ionization-ion mobility spectrometry( ESI-IMS) was used to detect Sibutramine Hydrochloride and Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide in complex matrices. Using an ESI-IMS,the reduced mobilities of Sibutramine and Dextromethorphan standard substance were measured to be 1. 17 cm2/Vs and 1. 22 cm2/ Vs,respectively. The p H of extraction solutions was optimized,and the detection of Sibutramine in dietary supplement and Dextromethorphan in anti-tussive syrup was realized using the HF-LPME / ESI-IMS. The limit of detection( LOD) for Sibutramine is 22 μg / L,and for Dextromethorphan is 26 μg / L.
