摘要 钯膜已被广泛应用于氢气纯化,为检测钯膜的透氢性能并提高检测效率和可靠性,设计了一套自动测试系统。该系统以可编程控制器(PLC)为控制核心,完成信号采集、逻辑控制、数据通讯及PID控制等;使用组态软件EB8000开发人机交互界面,通过触摸屏的显示和操作功能与PLC有机结合起来,构成独立的监控系统。测试结果表明,该系统运行稳定,参数测量准确,达到了设计要求。 In order to test efficiently and reliably the performance of the hydrogen-permeable palladium membranes,which was widely applied in hydrogen purification,a new automatic testing system was designed. A programmable logic controller( PLC) was mainly utilized in signal collection,logical control,data communication and PID control. The configuration software EB8000 was applied to build up the human-computer interface,which is combined with the PLC to form an independent monitoring system by means of the display and operating functions of the touch screen. As indicated by the experimental results,the stable operation of the obtained system in this work and the accurate parameter measurements were achieved.
