摘要
在公路工程施工招投标中采用合理低价法可以有效地避免行政干预、人为干涉以及套骗标底等问题,实践证明,这种方法适合在我国公路工程建设市场中应用。论文对合理低价法进行阐述,并探讨其在公路工程施工招投标中的应用,希望能对读者起到借鉴作用。
In highway engineering construction bidding uses the reasonable low price method can effectively avoid the administrative intervention, human interference and set to cheat bid, this method suitable for application in highway engineering construction market of our country. In this paper, the author will discuss the reasonable low price method,and discuss its application in the highway engineering construction bidding, and hope to be able to play a reference role to the readers.
