地铁区间隧道盾构施工安全风险管理研究

Study on Risk Management of Shield Tunnel Construction

对地铁隧道工程进行安全风险管理能有效减少工程事故的发生。论文以某地铁区间盾构隧道为例,进行施工安全风险管理研究。首先根据地层条件和近接环境对隧道进行风险管理组段划分,在此基础上,开展了包括风险识别、风险评估和风险控制3个方面的风险管理工作,可望在施工准备期建立较为完善的风险管理体系,为尔后盾构安全施工控制与管理提供依据,从而规避或降低施工风险。

Conducting risk management on metro tunnel can effectively reduce construction accidents. Taking a metro section as an example, which tunneled by shield, the study of risk management during construction was carried out. First of all, according to the geological conditions and nearby environment, the tunnel was divided into several segments. Then the risk management was preceded,including risk identification, risk assessment and risk control. Therefore we can establish a relatively perfect risk management system during construction preparation period, so as to provide a basis for the control on tunneling safely during construction period and avoid or reduce the risk of construction.
