口服抗糖尿病药的心血管安全性 被引量：2

摘要 口服抗糖尿病药物是2型糖尿病（T2DM）的主要治疗手段，在关注其疗效的同时，对其心血管安全性的探讨从未停止。早在20世纪70年代，来自美国大学糖尿病计划工作组（UGDP）的研究发现，与安慰剂组相比，用第一代磺脲类药物——甲苯磺丁脲治疗的T2DM患者心血管疾病死亡率增加了2．5倍，导致甲苯磺丁脲组提前终止.
