糖尿病伴发贫血的原因分析 被引量:10

摘要 糖尿病患者的人数逐年增长,根据国际糖尿病联盟统计2014年全球糖尿病患者人数已达3.8亿,预计到2030年全球糖尿病患者将增至5.5亿。近年来,研究表明糖尿病患者合并贫血的患病率(20%-45%)亦在增加,且日益受到临床医师的重视。贫血是糖尿病患者心血管事件发生的独立危险因素,也与糖尿病微血管并发症的发生、发展密切相关,亦是预测糖尿病预后的独立高危因素,并且糖尿病合并贫血的患者,更易伴发心脑血管病、高血压、慢性肾病,但尚无研究证实纠正贫血可改善糖尿病患者的预后。
