Social security practice makes people realize that it has positive effect on the stability of society.Along with our country social insurance work from ＂extensive＂ special ＂intensive＂ and the all levels of so- cial insurance institutions to the construction of information system understanding is increasing day by day. After years of re- form, China＇s social insurance fund management is becoming more and more perfect. However, there are many problems in the reform of social insurance system, such as the complexity of the environment and the historical problems left over by the reform, which leads to many problems in the management of social insurance funds.
