摘要
农村实用人才培训事关农民群众的直接利益以及农村的稳定与发展,意义重大。探索基于移动微学习的农民培训新模式,有利于促进农村实用人才培训工作的发展,设计和构建基于移动微学习的培训模式,将为农村实用人才培训工作提供新的培训思路,将促进其发展。
The training of rural practical talents is of great significance to the immediate interests of the farmers and the stability and development of the rural areas. Exploring new farmers training pattern based on mobile micro learning, is conducive to pro- moting the development of rural practical talents training, design and construction of training model based on mobile micro learning. The design will provide new training ideas for the training of rural practical talent and promote its development.
