基于SP法的上海居民郊野公园游憩偏好研究

Residents' Recreation Preference of the Country Park in Shanghai: A Stated-preference Analysis

当前中国郊野公园规划研究在供给(Supply-based)领域形成了较为成熟的方法,但对基于居民需求(Demand-based)的规划方法关注不足,使郊野公园在类型选择、选址、票价制定方面,缺少自下而上的量化依据。使用叙述性偏好(SP)法,探讨上海居民对不同配置郊野公园的选择偏好,拟为规划关键要素的决策提供建议,结论是:上海居民最喜欢的郊野公园类型是原生态类,其次是科教、农业和文化类;愿意为相应类型支付的最高门票价格分别为38、19、27、13元;愿意花费在交通上的最长时间分别为85、42、60和28min;男性比女性居民,青年人比中年人,高收入比低收入人群,对时间的支付意愿更强,即前者倾向选择票价高、离家近的公园。

At present, the research of country park planning in China more focuses on land policy and planning method of coordinating therelationship of development in country area and area of urban edge area. The planning method of the supply-based field have been underresearch, but less attention have been paid to the demand-based method. There is a lack of quantification basis of the selection of types,location and ticket price of country park. This paper use the stated preference（SP）method to study the choice preference of different types ofparks and provide decision suggestions of the country park planning. The conclusions are, the residents in Shanghai prefer ecological typeof country park and then science type, farmland type and culture type of country park. The ticket price of ecological, farmland, science andcultural park are 38yuan,19yuan, 27yuan and 13yuan. The corresponding time arrived to different types of country parks are 85minutes,42minutes, 60minutes and 28minutes. Male residents are more willingly to spend money on time. They prefer to choose the park whichshould spend more money on ticket but close to home. The similar conclusions can be found in young people and higher income group.
