摘要 卓越绩效模式源自美国波多里奇国家质量奖评审标准,是世界优秀企业的实践经验总结,旨在引导企业建立一个持续改进的系统,永无止境地追求卓越。以从事变压器研制的A公司为例,阐述其在企业生产经营关键过程中导入卓越绩效管理模式的探索与实践,以绩效指标体系的合理有效设置为载体,推动全员持续改进,为其他电气装备企业提供了有益的借鉴。 Performance excellence mode originates from the assessment criteria of the Malcolm Baldrige National QualityAward.It is a summary of practice experience of outstanding enterprises in the world which will guide enterprises to establisha continuous improvement system for the never-ending pursuit of excellence.This paper takes A Company,a developerof transformer,as an example to discuss its exploration and practice of introducing excellent performance managementmode into key processes of production and management.In the end,it advocates to take the reasonable and effective establishmentof the performance index system as a carrier to promote the continuous improvement,which provides useful referenceto other electrical equipment enterprises.
