Performance excellence mode originates from the assessment criteria of the Malcolm Baldrige National QualityAward.It is a summary of practice experience of outstanding enterprises in the world which will guide enterprises to establisha continuous improvement system for the never-ending pursuit of excellence.This paper takes A Company,a developerof transformer,as an example to discuss its exploration and practice of introducing excellent performance managementmode into key processes of production and management.In the end,it advocates to take the reasonable and effective establishmentof the performance index system as a carrier to promote the continuous improvement,which provides useful referenceto other electrical equipment enterprises.
