摘要
污泥是污水处理过程中的必然产物,污泥中含有氮、磷、钾及有机质等农作物所需营养元素,但是污泥中含有的重金属成为制约资源化应用的首要因素。主要阐述了利用动电技术去除其中的重金属,处理后有机质含量变化不大,不影响污泥资源化利用。不同电压降对重金属的去除率不同,去除效果以1.5,V·cm-1电压降处理较为理想。经过酸化以后的污泥,在电动力作用下可以提高重金属去除率。电渗流受电流影响较大,电渗流与电流变化规律基本相似。
Sludge is one of the inevitable products of sewage treatment process.Sewage sludge has many nutrients requiredby crops,such as nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium and organic matters,but it also contains heavy metals,the primaryfactor restricting its recycling application.This paper mainly expounds the removal of heavy metals by using electrokinetictechnology.After the removal,the content of organic matters had no obvious change,which does not affect the utilizationof sludge.As the removal rate of heavy metals differed under different voltage drops,the satisfactory removal rate wasproved when selecting 1.5 V.cm-1.Also,the removal rate of heavy metals increased after the sludge was acidified underthe action of the electric power.It also finds out that electroosmotic flow is affected by the electric current,and laws of thechanges are same with the electric current.
