Advantages of the application of computer to art teaching were discussed,including improving teaching efficiency,broadening students’ mind,motivating their interests of learning,promoting their practical ability and etc.It alsopoints out that the time calls for more changes for the teaching and education and new knowledge and methods should beapplied to real practices to ensure the upgrading of education and contribute to the overall development of students.
