摘要
对大跨度桁架吊装工艺进行计算,为合理选择吊装工器具提供依据。同时对吊装过程主要控制点进行阐述,保证了施工安全和质量。按吊装工艺实施后,经复测,桁架上拱度为102,mm,较预拼装前下降8,mm,侧向弯曲基本未发生变化,达到了预期效果。
Large span truss hoisting technology was calculated to provide a basis for the rational selection of the hoistingtools and instruments,and main control points of the hoisting process were described to ensure the safety and quality ofconstruction.Retest after the implementation of the lifting technique showed camber of truss was 102,mm,8,mm lower thanthe pre-assembly,and lateral bending remained the same,realizing the desired effect.
