摘要
在科技信息通过各种媒体媒介广泛迅速传播的今天,科技期刊也不断收到很多经各种渠道抄袭、代写、剽窃等具有学术不端行为的投稿稿件。学术不端行为是期刊稿件初审工作中需要特别注意的问题。基于多年工作经验,列举了《天津化工》期刊在近年来发现的抄袭、代写代发、学术造假等学术不端行为,对其原因进行了简单分析,并根据《天津化工》编辑部的工作经验提出应对学术不端行为的措施。
Today,following the rapid spreading of scientific and technical information through various medias,sci-techjournals are receiving many manuscripts with academic dishonorable behaviors,including plagiarism and ghostwriting.Academic misconducts have become a new issue to which first review should pay attention.Based on personal experienceof manuscript processing by the author at the editorial office of Tianjin Chemical Industry,different academic misconductbehaviors were introduced and reasons were discussed.In the end,countermeasures were proposed on the basis of theeditorial office’s experience.
