摘要
我国乡镇中心学校管理研究是在一定的政策、社会和理论背景下展开,研究主要集中于乡镇中心学校及校长角色定位、相关职能、存在问题、运行机制和权责关系等五个方面,取得了一定成果。我国乡镇中心学校管理研究存在重视概括性研究,忽视集中和深化主题探索;重视表面问题分析,忽视"法理依据"研究;重视理论思辨和经验总结,忽视多种方法整合研究等方面的问题。乡镇中心学校管理研究有待进一步加强,为优化我国农村基础教育管理体制创造条件。
The research on the management of the Township Center School in our country is under the policy, social and theoretical background, mainly concentrated in five aspects: the role orientation of the Township Central School and the headmaster, the related functions, the existing problems, the operating mechanism and the relationship between power and responsibility. There are some problems in the research, such as pay attention to the research of general,neglect to focus and deepen the exploration of the theme, pay attention to the problem of surface analysis, ignore the "legal basis" research; pay attention to the theoretical reasoning and empirical summary, and neglect the integration of various methods.The research on the management of the township center school should be further strengthened, which is to optimize the management system of rural basic education in China.
