摘要 研制了一种新型合页(铰链)智能化检测装置,选用步进电机、减速器、联轴器对传动轴施加扭矩,通过摆架及其组件将力传递到装有合页的试验门装置。上下位机间的控制交互实现了检测的智能化。系统操作简便,控制灵活,数据精准,填补了对多种不同型号合页寿命检测的空白。 A new type intelligent detection device for hinges is developed. The torque is applied to the drive shaft by stepping motor, reductor, and coupling, then through swing frame to hinges, which are installed on the device for test door. The control interaction between the upper and lower computer realizes the intelligent detection. The developed device is easy to operate, flexible to control, as well as the detection data are accurate.The development results fill in the blank of life testing for a variety of different types to hinge.
