近15年来我国乡村聚落与民居的研究趋向

Research Trend of Vernacular Settlements and Dwellings in China in the Last Fifteen Years

乡村聚落及民居研究的重要性在新型城镇化和乡村建设的背景下日益凸显。文章以2000年到2014年近15年来在《建筑学报》上发表的乡村聚落及民居研究的相关论文为研究对象,揭示我国乡村聚落与民居研究领域取得的理论和实践成就、基本特征及存在的问题。提出应围绕建筑学的基本问题,以面向平民、面向底层、面向民生的研究价值观,视乡村聚落和民居为融入到全球化过程中的开放社会文化实体,将研究重点放在乡土建造机制、社区主导的保护更新,以及乡村建造文化传承等方面。

The significance of research on vernacular settlements and dwellings is increasingly prominent inthe new urbanization and rural construction in contemporary China. The paper analyzes the articles published in＂Architectural Journal＂ in the last 15 years （2000-2014） and reveals the theoretical and practical achieve-ments, characteristics and existing issues on vernacular settlements and dwellings. It advocates perceiving ver-nacular settlements and dwellings as open socio -cultural entities in the globalization, obtaining civilian -orien-ted academic value, putting study emphases on ＂vernacular construction pattern＂, ＂protection and renewal ledby communities＂ and ＂transmission of vernacular architectural tradition＂.
