摘要
目的:建立龙藤筋骨片中蛇床子素的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法测定龙藤筋骨片中蛇床子素的含量。选用welch Ultimate AQ-C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);以乙腈-水(43∶57)为流动相;检测波长:330 nm;流速:1.5 m L·min-1;柱温:35℃。结果:HPLC法测定蛇床子素不存在干扰,蛇床子素进样量在1.560×10-3~0.046 8 mg·m L-1范围内时,线性关系良好(r=0.999 9);平均回收率为100.82%,RSD为1.68%。结论:HPLC法测定蛇床子素含量简便、稳定、可靠,可作为龙藤筋骨片中蛇床子素的质量控制方法。
Objective: To establish a content determination method of osthole in Longtengjingu tablets. Methods:Thecontent of osthole in Longtengjingu tablets were determined by HPLC. The analysis was performed on welch Ultimate AQ-C18column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile and water (43 : 57). The detection wavelengthwas 330 nm. The flow rate was 1.5 mL·min-1. The column temperature was 35 ℃. Results: There was no interference for ostholedetection by HPLC method. The linear range of osthole was 1.560 × 10-3 – 0.046 8 mg·mL-1 (r = 0.999 9). The average recovery was100.82% (RSD = 1.68%). Conclusion: The method is simple, stable, reliable, and can be adopted as the quality control method of osthole.
