Synthesis of 8-Borono Flavonoid Derivatives

摘要 黄酮是一类重要的天然有机化合物,具有广泛的生理活性.取代苯硼酸是重要的有机合成中间体、医药及农药中间体,并在制备生物活性试剂或有机材料合成上也有广泛的应用,被广泛应用于C—C键、C—O键、C—N键的形成中.本文以芹菜素、槲皮素、木犀草素这3种常见黄酮为原料,探讨8位硼酸基取代黄酮衍生物的高效合成方法. Flavonoids are important natural materials with a big variety of pharmacological activities.Phenyl boronic acidsas substitutes are key intermediates for the synthesis of organic medicine and pesticide and they are also widely used in thesynthesis of bioactive compounds and organic materials,as well as in C-C bond,C-O bond and C-N bond formationreactions.This paper is to introduce an efficient method to synthesize 8-borono flavonoid by using apigenin,quercetin andluteolin as starting materials.
