摘要
运用模糊层次法建立煤炭矿山节能减排评价体系,涵盖节能、污染物减排、综合支撑、技术研发与投入4个准则层指标,以及单位产值综合能耗、固体废弃物排放达标率、节能减排法律法规执行情况等22个二级指标。在此基础上,以西山煤电集团有限责任公司调研数据为依据,对绿色煤炭矿山节能减排评价体系进行实证研究,论证该评价指标体系的可行性和有效性,为煤炭行业循环经济的发展与节能减排工作的深入开展提供科学依据与技术保障。
An appraisal system with regard to energy saving and emission reduction of coal minehas been established by using the wayof blurry hierarchy, in which both the four layer indexes such as energy saving, reduction of contaminants, comprehensive support,and the development and investment of new technology, as well as twenty-two secondary indexes pertaining to comprehensive energyconsumption, the discharge rate of solid waste,and implementation of laws and regulations of energy conservation and emissionsreduction are involved. On this basis, in accordance with the survey data of Xishan Coal Electricity Group, this paper gives anargument about the feasibility and effectiveness of this appraisal system with a view to providing scientific basis and technical supportboth for the development of circular economy of coal industry, and for in-depth development of energy conservation and emissionsreduction work.
