新型城镇化进程中乡村教师乡土情感的缺失与重塑 被引量:42

摘要 乡土情感是乡村教师在认识、了解乡村的基础上形成的对"乡村"、"乡村生活"和"乡村教育"稳定的情感体验与情感认同,在新型城镇化进程中具有丰富的教育意蕴,它既是提升乡村教育品质的精神支柱,也是强化师生爱土兴乡的价值导向和推动乡村社会革新的重要力量。受当今时代社会巨变的冲击与影响,乡村教师存在对乡村教育的疏离、对乡村生活的陌生以及对自身角色的迷茫等乡土情感缺失问题。在新型城镇化进程中,乡土情感作为乡村教师专业发展和乡村教育质量提升的根基,其重塑需要有效发挥各方合力,即完善各级政府保障机制,增强乡村教师乡土安全感;健全乡村社会关爱机制,强化乡村教师乡土归属感;加强教师情感修养机制,激发自身乡土责任感。 Rural teachers'native emotions is formed on the basis of understanding rural areas,and their stable emotional experience and identification towards'village','rural life'and'rural education'plays a significant role in the process of new urbanization,which is both the spiritual pillar of uplifting the quality of rural education,the value guidance for enhancing teacher-student's native emotions for local land and its prosperity,and the main strength to promote the reform of rural society.Under the impact of the dramatic change of modern society,many rural teachers have the problem of the absence of their native emotions,such as their alienation towards rural education,strangeness towards rural life and confusion with their own roles.In the background of new-type urbanization,the native emotions,as the basis of rural teachers'professional development and the enhanced quality of rural education must be reconstructed with the integrated efforts,which includes improving safeguard mechanism by government at all levels,strengthening of the sense of security of rural teachers,a care system in rural society,an increased sense of belonging,rural teachers'strengthening of emotional self-literacy and the motivation of rural teachers'sense of responsibility.
