As the most leading and most directive director in enterprises, group leaders play significant roles in implementing the superior’s workarrangement, ensuring safety in production, improving enterprise’s benefit and activating employees. In order to enhance the construction of groupleaders, it is essential to give respect and highlight status in politics, to promote and enhance capacity in quality, to care more and reduce pressure inlife, to improve performance and encourage them in treatment, to take responsibilities and regularize behaviors in management.
