抗战时期,为了提高广大干部的素质,推动抗日战争的发展,中国共产党领导各抗日根据地开展了广泛的干部教育活动。其中山东抗日根据地为适应抗战需要和军队生活需要,结合山东地区的抗战形势和历史背景,运用丰富多彩的教育内容、灵活多变的组织形式、别具特色的教学方法,不仅培养了大批优秀的抗战干部,提高了共产党的威信,而且为社会主义革命和建设培养了干部人才。

In order to improve the quality of cadres and promote the development of war during the Anti-Japanese War, the Communist Party ofChina organized wide range of activities about cadres＇education in all anti-Japanese base areas. According to its situation and historical background,Shandong anti-Japanese base used colorful contents, flexible forms and special methods in education so as to meet requirements of the war and militarylife.
