吴茱萸汤治疗原发性高血压随机平行对照研究

Wuzhuyu Decoction in the Treatment of Primary Hypertension Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察吴茱萸汤治疗原发性高血压疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将70例门诊患者按就诊顺序号方法简单随机分两组;低盐低脂饮食,注意休息,合理锻炼。对照组35例替米沙坦,80mg/次,每早空腹口服1次。治疗组35例吴茱萸汤(人参15g,吴茱萸10g,生姜18g,大枣5枚、枸杞子15g,天麻10g),随证加减,1剂/d,水煎400m L,早晚口服。连续治疗14为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组临床控制20例,显效12例,无效3例,总有效率91.40%。对照组临床控制17例,显效10例,无效8例,总有效率77.14%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。血压达标率治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]吴茱萸汤治疗原发性高血压,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective] to observe the Wuzhuy Decoction in the treatment of primary hypertension. [Methods] 70 patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of treatment. The low salt and low fat diet, attention rest, reasonable exercise. The 35 patients in the control group, telmisartan, 80mg/ times, every morning fasting Oral 1 times. Treatment group 35 cases of Wuzhuyu Decoction（ginseng 15 g, Wuzhuyu 10 g, ginger 18 g, jujube 5 pieces, medlar 15 g, Gastrodia elata 10g）, with the card to add and subtract, daily 1 agent, water to cook 400 m L, oral sooner or later. Continuous treatment for 1 14 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms, adverse reactions. Continuous treatment of 2 courses, determine the efficacy. [Results] the treatment group cured 20 cases, markedly effective in 12 cases, invalid 3 cases, the total effective rate was 91.40%. In the control group, 17 cases were cured, 10 cases markedly effective, 8 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 77.14%. The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Blood pressure compliance rate was higher in the treatment group than in the control group（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Wuzhuyu Decoction in the treatment of primary hypertension, the curative effect is satisfied, no serious adverse reactions, worthy of promotion.
