疏肝宁心汤治疗青年心悸41例临床观察

Shugan-Ningxin Prescription in the Treatment of Young Heart Palpitations: Clinical Observation of 41 Cases

[目的]观察疏肝宁心汤治疗青年心悸疗效。[方法]使用前瞻性设计方法,将41例门诊患者疏肝宁心汤(柴胡、郁金各12g,枳壳、枳实各9g,龙骨、牡蛎、黄芪、麦冬各20g,五味子9g,白术、赤芍各12g,白芍、柏子仁各15g,酸枣仁炒30g;胃胀明显加木香9g,砂仁15g;如郁结较甚可加甘松30g;胸闷腹胀,痰湿内生重用陈皮15g),1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚口服;连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、动态心电图、证候积分、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]临床痊愈4例,显效6例,有效13例,无效18例,总有效率46.00%。治疗前证候积分(24.46±9.65)分,治疗1疗程后(16±9.21)分,治疗2疗程后为(11±4.98)分。[结论]疏肝宁心汤治疗青年心悸,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective] To observe the clinical efficacy of shugan-ningxin prescription to treat young patients with palpitations induced by motional factors. [Method] method using a prospective design,choose 50 clinic patients with Shugan-Ningxin prescription（radix bupleuri 12 g, radix curcumae 12 g, bitter orange 9g, acid-insoluble ash 9g, keel 20, oysters 20 g, radix astragali 20 g, radix ophiopogonis 20 g, schisandra 9g, atractylodes 12 g, radix paeoniae rubra 12 g, radix paeoniae alba 15 g, platycladi seed15 g, zizyphus jujube kernel 30 g,the stomach bilges obviously with combination of 9g, amomum villosum 15 g, ease is badly can add spikenard 30g; chest abdominal distension, phlegmy wet endogenous reuse dried tangerine or orange peel 15g）, 1 / d, Fried water 200 ml, morning and evening oral; Continuous treatment of 14 d to 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, dynamic electrocardiogram, syndrome integral, adverse reactions. Continuous treatment 2 period of treatment, judge curative effect. [Results] Clinical recovery 4 cases, 6 cases were markedly effective, effective in 13, 18 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 46.00%. Treatment before syndrome（24.46±9.65） points, treatment 1（16±9.21） after treatment, treatment after treatment for 2（11±4.98）. Liver calming nerves soup treatment. [Conclusion] Curative effect of Shugan-Ningxin prescription in the treatment of young heart palpitations is satisfied, no serious adverse reactions and worthy to promote.
