益气养阴活血汤联合西药治疗冠心病合并糖尿病随机平行对照研究

Yiqiyangyinhuoxue Soup Combined with Western Medicine Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease and Diabetes Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察益气养阴活血汤联合西药治疗冠心病合并糖尿病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将108例住院及门诊患者按掷骰子法简单随机分为两组。对照组54例格列美脲,2mg/次,1次/d;阿卡波糖,50mg/次,3次/d;辛伐他汀,10mg/次,1次/d;阿司匹林,50mg/次,1次/d;氯吡格雷,75mg/次,1次/d。治疗组54例益气养阴活血汤（丹参、黄芪各18g,川芎、葛根、党参、麦冬、熟地各12g,五味子、白芍、甘草-炙各8g）,1剂/d,水煎400m L,早晚口服,200m L/次;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗15d为1疗程。观测临床症状、FIB、D-D、CRP、FPG、2h PG、GHb A1c、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组基本控制12例,显效23例,有效16例,无效3例,总有效率94.44%。对照组基本控制5例,显效19例,有效15例,无效15例,总有效率72.22%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.01）。相关指标两组均有改善（P〈0.01）,治疗组改善优于对照组（P〈0.01）。[结论]益气养阴活血汤联合西药治疗冠心病合并糖尿病疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective] To observe Yiqiyangyinhuoxue soup combined with Western treatment of coronary heart disease and diabetes treatment.[Methods] Randomized parallel controlled method,108 inpatients and outpatients by dice method is simple randomized into two groups.54 cases in the control group glimepiride,2mg/second,1/d;acarbose,50mg/time,3 times/d;simvastatin,10mg/time,1time/d;aspirin,50mg/times,1times/d;clopidogrel,75mg/times,1 times/d.The treatment group 54 cases Yiqiyangyinhuoxue soup（Danshen,Huangqi each 18 g,Chuanxiong,Gegen,Maidong,Dangshen,Maidong,Shudi 12 g,Wuweizi,Baishao,Gancao each 8g）,1 ji/d,decoction 400 m L,Sooner or later oral,200 m L/times.Western medicine with the control group.15 d for a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,FIB,DD,CRP,FPG,2h PG,GHb A1 c,adverse reactions.2 courses of continuous treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results] The basic control treatment group,12 cases,23 cases markedly effective in 16 cases,3 cases,the total efficiency of 94.44%.Basic control group 5 cases,19 cases were markedly effective in 15 cases,15 cases,the total efficiency of 72.22%.Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.01）.Related indicators improved in both groups（P〈0.01）,the treatment group than the control group improved（P〈0.01）.[Conclusion] Yiqiyangyinhuoxue soup combined with Western medicine treatment of coronary heart disease and diabetes results were satisfactory,no serious adverse reactions,it is worth promoting.
