补阳还五汤联合西药治疗脑梗塞随机平行对照研究

Buyanghuanwu Tang Combined with Western Treatment Cerebral Infarction Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察补阳还五汤联合西药治疗脑梗塞疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例门诊患者按掷骰子法简单随机分为两组。对照组50例尼莫地平,20mg/次,2次/d;辛伐他汀,10mg/次,1次/d;阿司匹林,75mg/次,1次/d。治疗组50例补阳还五汤(川芎12g,黄芪60g,桃仁、红花各9g,地龙、当归各15g,赤芍12g,丹参15g;运动功能障碍加丝瓜络、伸筋草;腰膝酸软加杜仲、桑寄生、川断;口眼歪斜加全蝎、僵蚕;语言功能障碍加石菖蒲、郁金),1剂/d,水煎400m L,早晚口服,200m L/次;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗28d为1疗程。观测临床症状、证候评分、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈16例,显效20例,有效7例,无效2例,总有效率95.56%。对照组痊愈8例,显效17例,有效10例,无效10例,总有效率77.78%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]补阳还五汤联合西药治疗脑梗塞疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective] To observe Buyanghuanwu Tang combined western medicine Cerebral Infarction.[Methods] randomized,parallel controlled method,100 outpatients press craps method is simple randomized into two groups.The control group of 50 patients nimodipine,20mg/times,2times/d;simvastatin,10mg/second,1/d;aspirin,75mg/times,1 times/d.Treatment group of 50 patients Buyanghuanwu soup（Chuanxiong 12 g,Huangqi 60 g,Taoren,Honghua 9g,Dilong,Danggui 15 g,Chishao 12 g,Danshen 15g;motor dysfunction plus Sigualuo,Shenjincao;lassitude limp Jia Duzhong,Sangjisheng,Chuanduan;opening face askew plus Quanxie,Jiangchan;language dysfunction plus Shichangpu,Yujin）,a/d,decoction 400 m L,sooner or later,oral,200 m L/second;western medicine with in the control group.28 d for a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,symptom scores,adverse reactions.One course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results] The cure 16 cases,20 cases markedly effective in 7 cases,2 cases,the total efficiency of 95.56%.The control group recovered eight cases were cured 17 cases,effective 10 cases,ineffective in 10 cases,the total efficiency of 77.78%.Treatment group than the control group（P0.05）.[Conclusion] Buyanghuanwu decoction combined with Western treatment of cerebral infarction results were satisfactory,no serious adverse reactions,it is worth promoting.
