补肾强骨汤联合鲑鱼降钙素治疗中老年骨质疏松随机平行对照研究

The Osteoporosis Randomized Controlled Study Bushen Qianggu and Calcitonin Treatment

[目的]观察补肾强骨汤联合鲑鱼降钙素治疗中老年骨质疏松疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例住院及门诊患者按就诊顺序号方法简单随机分两组。对照组30例鲑鱼降钙素,200iU鼻喷,隔天1次。治疗组30例补肾强骨汤(桑寄生、杜仲、补骨脂、骨碎补各15g,山药20g,山茱萸15g,菟丝子20g,牛膝15g,蜈蚣2条,伸筋草15g,地龙2条,黄芪30g,乳香15g,没药10g),1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚口服;鲑鱼降钙素治疗同对照组。连续治疗2个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、骨密度、不良反应。连续治疗6疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效3例,有效23例,无效4例,总有效率90.00%。对照组显效2例,有效17例,无效11例,总有效率63.33%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。骨密度两组均有提升(P<0.01,P<0.05),治疗组提升优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]补肾强骨汤联合鲑鱼降钙素治疗中老年骨质疏松,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

Both continuous treatment 180 d.The clinical symptoms, the greater trochanter BMD after treatment and adverse reactions.[Results] Treatment group 3 cases, effective in 23 cases, 4 cases, the total efficiency of 90 %. Control group 2 cases markedly effective in 17 cases, 11 cases, the total efficiency 63.33%. Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）. Enhance bone density in both groups（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）, the treatment group than the control group upgrade（P〈0.01）.[Conclusion] Kidney strong bone with joint clinical efficacy of calcitonin treatment of senile osteoporosis significantly, no adverse reactions, worthy of promotion.
