摘要 目的:对四川产大株红景天的化学成分进行分离鉴定。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱和HPLC制备色谱等方法分离纯化得到单体化合物,采用有机波谱方法鉴定化合物结构。结果:从大株红景天萃取物中分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为lotaustralin(1)、仲丁基葡萄糖苷(2)、没食子酸(3)、3-甲氧基没食子酸(4)、没食子酸甲酯(5)、3-羟基-4-甲氧基苯甲酸(6)、苯甲醇(7)、阿魏酸(8)、对羟基肉桂酸(9)、棉黄素-7-O-(3″-O-β-D-葡萄糖基)-α-L-鼠李糖苷(10)。结论:化合物2、6为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物1、5、8、9、10为首次从该种植物中分离得到。 Objective: To study the chemical constituents from Rhodiola wallichiana. Methods: Chemical constituents were isolated and purified by repeated column chromatography(silica gel, Toyopearl HW-40 C and preparative HPLC). Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral data analysis. Results: Ten compounds(1-10) were isolated and their structures were identified by comparing their spectral data with literature values as follows: lotaustralin(1), sec-butyl-O-β-D-glycosidase(2), trihydroxybenzoic acid(3), 3-methoxytrihydroxybenzoic acid(4), methyl gallate(5), 3-hydroxy-4-methoxy-benzoic acid(6), benzyl alcohol(7), ferulic acid(8),4-Hydroxycinnamic acid(9), gossypetin-7-O-(3″-O-β-D-glucosyl)-α-L-rhamnoside(10). Conclusion: Compound 2 and 6 are isolated from the genus Rhodiola for the first time, compound 1, 5, 8, 9 and 10 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
