双因素理论在港口外来务工人员流动率管理中的应用探索

摘要 "外来务工人员"通常是指外地来本地区从业人员所组成的社会群体。港口由于一些基础岗位的就业容量较大,成为安排就业较多的行业。如何拓宽外来务工人员管理思路,更好地激励该群体为港口建设和城市繁荣做出贡献,已经成为当下亟须进一步梳理的课题。双因素理论以人为核心,尊重人、关心人,是人员激励的较为有效的方法。文章旨在探讨、研究双因素理论下激励外来务工人员的可行性措施。 The "migrant workers" usually refers to the social groups coming from other cities to work in local regions. Since ports usually have relatively large employment capacity, ports can take in more job opportunities. How to broaden the migrant workers management ideas, and how to better motivate the group to make contributions to port construction and urban prosperity, all the above issues have become the current topics. Two-factor theory is human-centered, which believes respecting people and caring people are a more effective way to motivate staff. This paper tries to explore based on the theory of double factors and provide feasible measures to motivate migrant workers.
