The thinking pattern based on the Internet makes the traditional teaching mode face new challenges. In the framework of 21st century education ideology, teaching theory and learning theory, ＂Internet＋＂ teaching mode refers to the relatively stable teaching activity structure framework and program, which are developed under the guidance of the highly developed environment of the Internet resources. ＂Internet＋＂ teaching mode can promote Russian strategic talent training in every link. The article explores and practices for boosting Russian talent training quality under ＂Internet＋＂ teaching mode.
