新疆公安数字集群系统(PDT)分为南疆六地州、北疆九地州,由两家公司共同建设完成,是率先在全国实现公安部部署的PDT专网建设任务的通信系统,是全国建设最早、规模最大、应用最好的省(区)级一张网,并在全国范围内创下四个第一:第一次实现全区联网统一网管,第一次实现不同厂家系统互通应用,第一次在全网应用了北斗定位技术,第一次实现了350兆数字集群(PDT)系统与一体化指挥调度平台的融合,为新疆公安无线应急通信保障打下了坚实的基础。

The digital trunking system of the public security department of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region is one of the earliest PDT professional communication systems in China, taking the lead in response to deployment of the national Ministry of public security on PDT professional communication network constructions. Partly built by Victel Global（6 prefectures and counties in southern Xinjiang）, and partly by Hytera（which constructed 9 prefectures and counties in northern Xinjiang）, the Xinjiang PDT communication network has been known as the earliest and the largest provincial network of the most favorable application all over China. It boasts of 4 firsts in the nationwide scope- it has been the first to achieve unified network management in the whole autonomous region; the first to realize intercommunication between networks of different manufactures; the first to apply Beidou positioning technology in the communication system at provincial level; the first to realize unification of 350 MHz digital trunking system and integrated command control platform. It now allows multiple users from various departments faster access to the system to handle urgent requests which increases efficiency, enhances public services and provides better dispatching to security personnel responding to emergencies.
