摘要
大宗固体废弃物高炉渣是炼铁过程中的副产品,也是宝贵的矿物资源。综述了高炉渣微晶玻璃的发展史,重点对其晶核剂的选择、配料、成型、热处理制度和主晶相等关键问题进行了阐述。利用高炉渣制备微晶玻璃不仅可以拓宽高炉渣的综合利用,解决环境污染问题,还可以制备高附加值的微晶玻璃,但还有些技术有待解决。
Blast furnace slag is a kind of large amount of industrial solid wastes and a by-product of ironmaking, but is one of valuable mineral resources. The history of glass-ceramics from blast furnace slag is described in this paper. Especially the choice of nucleation agent, ingredient, molding, the heat treatment and the main crystal phase are introduced in detail. Preparation of glass-ceramics from blast furnace slag not only broadens the comprehensive utilization of blast furnace and solves the environmental pollutions, but also fabricates the glass-ceramics with high added-value. However, there are some problems to be solved.
