本文阐述了陶瓷材料在现代家具产品中的应用现状及其主要应用形式;分析了陶瓷材料与功能、形态、结构、色彩和材质等五个家具设计要素间的关系;从家具功能、产品形态、材料表现力和文化意蕴等四个方面,提出了基于陶瓷材料的现代家具产品设计创新途径。陶瓷材料在现代家具产品设计中的应用将扩展陶瓷材料的使用空间,丰富陶瓷材料在设计领域的内涵,实现陶瓷材料新的实用价值和美学价值。

The application status and form of ceramic materials in modern furniture was described in this paper. The relationship among ceramic material and five furniture design elements of function, shape, structure, color and texture was analyzed. Proposed The innovation way of modern furniture product design based on ceramic materials was proposed from the aspects of furniture function, product form, material representation and cultural connotation. Application of Ceramic materials in the modern furniture design will extend the service space of ceramics, enrich the connotation of ceramics in the field of design, and realize the new practical value and aesthetic value of ceramics.
