摘要 以山东某矿尾渣为主要原料,添加煤矸石、轻烧氧化镁和氧化铝为辅助原料,烧制闭气孔发泡陶瓷。探讨了氧化铝、硫化铁对发泡的影响。结果表明:氧化铝对发泡温度和烧成范围影响较大;硫化铁有助于发泡,能减少发泡剂用量。最终以尾渣掺量65~75 wt%,基体氧化铝20 wt%,可以制备出性能良好的发泡陶瓷材料。 The closed-cell foam ceramic was prepared by foaming process. The tailings of a Shandong mine was used as the main raw materials, the coal gangue, light-burned magnesia and alumina were used as auxiliary materials in this process. The effects of alumina and iron sulfide on foaming process were studied. The experimental results indicate that the quantity of alumina has a great effect on foaming temperature and sintering range. The iron sulfide can promote the foaming process to reduce the amount of the foaming agent. Finally, a foam ceramic of good property was prepared when the dosage of the tailings was 65 ~ 75 wt% and the dosage of the alumina was 20 wt%.
