摘要 维生素D(Vit D)除了可调节钙、磷代谢,促进肠道内钙吸收和钙动员外,在细胞增殖与分化以及免疫调节等方面也有着重要作用。类风湿关节炎、多发性硬化症、系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)、1型糖尿病等自身免疫性疾病等均显示出与Vit D相关,且Vit D可通过作用于T调节细胞、树突状细胞及巨噬细胞等参与自身免疫性疾病的发生发展。近来,Vit D与系统性红斑狼疮疾病活动性的关系被广泛研究,其补充剂量亦未达成共识。本文主要介绍Vit D与系统性红斑狼疮的关系及其可能机制,并对Vit D的补充剂量给出意见。 Vitamin D(Vit D) can regulate calcium and phosphorus metabolism, promoting intestinal calciumabsorption and calcium mobilization, and also plays an important role in cell proliferation and differentiation as wellas other aspects of immune regulation. It has been proved that Vit D is associated with rheumatoid arthritis, multiplesclerosis, systemic lupus erythematosus, I diabetes and other autoimmune diseases; Vit D also involves in thedevelopment of autoimmune diseases by acting on T cells, dendritic cells and macrophages. Recently, therelationship between Vit D deficiency and systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) disease activity has been studiedextensively and supplemental doses has not reached a consensus. This review of the literature presents an analysis ofthe aspects related to the importance of Vit D for SLE, as well as the recommendations for Vit D supplementation inthese patients.
