摘要
使用原子荧光光度计测汞时,发现汞的测定值逐渐升高,而且低浓度样品受到的影响更大。通过实验分析查找原因,认为主要是记忆效应和基线漂移的影响,因此在实验过程中需要扣除这些影响,进行样品空白校正;但是当基线漂移到一定程度,偏离度达到RSD>10%时,或者每测定20个样品后,就需要重新绘制校准曲线再测定,以达到质量控制的要求。
It is found that the determined value of mercury is rising gradually,when mercury is determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry,and its influences on the sample with lower concentration are more serious. Since the causes of it have been located by means of experimental analysis,the influences of memory effect of the sampling system and the baseline drift are regarded as the main ones. Therefore,it is necessary to deduct these influences in the process of experiments,so as to carry out sample blank correction. But when the baseline drifts to a certain degree,and the RSD10%,or after every 20 samples is determined,it is necessary to redraw the calibration curve before the determination,in order to meet quality control requirements.
