摘要
目的:分析豆袋热敷乳房、电动吸乳器联用在缓解母婴分离产妇乳房胀痛中应用效果。方法:将260产妇分为两组,各130例,对照组经常规处理,观察组联合豆袋热敷乳房、电动吸乳器处理。结果:观察组治愈率80%高于对照组的36.9%,乳房胀痛、乳房硬度较对照组明显减轻(P<0.05)。结论:对母婴分离产妇采取豆袋热敷乳房联合电动吸乳器处理,效果显著。
Objective To analysis bean bag hot compress combined with electric breast pump in reducing motherto-child separation application effect in the maternal breast tenderness. Methods 260 women were divided into two groups（130 cases, control group were treated with routine, observation in combination with beanbag hot compress breast, electric breast pump. Results observation group cure rate 80 % higher than that of control group 36.9 %, significantly reduce breast pain, breast hardness than the control group（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of method for maternal breast tenderness is obvious.
