磁共振扩散加权成像对肝脏肿瘤的诊断价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨磁共振扩散加权成像(DWI)对肝脏肿瘤的诊断价值。方法:对在本院接受上腹部核磁共振成像检查的40例患者资料进行回顾性分析,所有患者依据要求行上腹部平扫及扩散加权成像扫描,拟合表观扩散系数(ADC)图,并对测定值加以统计分析。结果:选择低B值差,所有患者ADC值均高于高B值差时ADC值,且伴随B值差增大,则ADC值减少。且B值=500 s/mm^2时,血管瘤及肝囊肿的ADC均高于转移瘤和原发性肝癌,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:应用ADC值可提高对肝脏肿瘤的诊断与鉴别能力。
