摘要
研究了捣固炼焦工艺对配煤方案和焦炭质量的影响。捣固炼焦可在配煤方案中增加弱黏煤比例,增大煤饼堆密度,改善焦炭结构,增加气孔壁厚度,改善焦炭质量,提高焦炭的冷热态强度。
This paper studies the impact of stamp-charging coke making process on coal blending schemes and coke quality. In coal blending scheme of stamp-charging coke making,the proportion of weakly caking coal could be increased to increase the bulk density of coal cake,improve coke structure,increase pore wall thickness,improve coke quality and enhance coke strength at cold and hot conditions.
