疾控机构院感监测网络平台的开发与应用

目的利用计算机网络系统,开发疾控机构院感监测网络平台,实现区域医院感染监测管理工作网络信息化,为卫生行政部门及时提供有效的决策参考。方法利用SQL数据库和ASP与AJAX动态网站技术,采用B/S即(浏览器/服务器)结构,进行系统开发。结果成功开发了疾控机构院感监测网络平台,系统获得了国家知识产权局的计算机软件著作权,并应用于乌鲁木齐地区院感监测的实际工作,在区域卫生行政部门、疾控机构与医疗机构间建立起了有效的院感监测网络直报平台,极大地提高了地区院感监测工作的效率。结论系统的成功开发与应用,实现了区域院感监测数据的网络直报,改进了区域院感监测的工作方式,提高了区域院感监测工作效率,明确了疾控机构院感的目标性、协助卫生行政部门、疾控机构与医疗机构有效开展区域院感监测工作,为卫生行政部门及时提供了决策分析数据与参考依据,具有很好的推广和应用价值。

Methods Development CDC hospital infection monitoring network platform system in B / S structure and adopts ASP and AJAX technology,SQL database.Results The successful development of CDC hospital infection monitoring network platform,system won the national intellectual property Office of copyright of computer software,and applied to practical work of hospital infection monitoring in Urumqi,establish an effective monitoring network reporting platform among the regional health administration departments,CDC and medical institutions,and greatly improve the efficiency of hospital infection monitoring. Conclusion The successful development of system and application,implements regional network data report of hospital infection monitoring,clear objectives of CDC hospital infection monitoring,to assist the health administrative departments,CDC and medical institutions to carry out the regional hospital infection monitoring work,provide the decision analysis with reference data for health administrative departments in a timely manner,has a very good promotion and application value.
