摘要
针对7m焦炉集气系统压力波动范围大,受多种因素影响明显的问题,提出一种将模糊控制、解耦控制、专家控制相结合的焦炉集气管压力自动控制技术。该技术能显著提高集气管压力自动控制水平,有利于提高产品质量、减少环境污染和延长炉龄。
Against the problems in gas collecting system of 7m coke oven battery such as too much pressure fluctuation and many obvious influential factors,this paper proposes a kind of pressure automatic control technology for gas collecting main,which has combined fuzzy control,decoupling control and expert control. This technology could prominently improve the automatic control level for pressure of gas collecting main,and it is beneficial for improvement of product quality,reduction of environment pollution and lengthening of coke oven service life.
