摘要
目的研究锁阳遗传学特征,为食品安全提供相关科学依据。方法通过对锁阳进行鼠伤寒沙门氏菌回复突变试验(Ames试验)、小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验、精子畸变试验研究锁阳的遗传毒性。结果 Ames试验对TA97、TA98、TAl00、TAl02试验菌株,加与不加S9,样品各剂量组回变菌落数均未超过自发回变菌落数的2倍,无剂量—反应关系;小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验,样品各剂量组微核率与阴性对照组比较差异无统计学意义(雌鼠组χ2=7.604,P>O.05;雄鼠组χ2=3.858,P>0.05)。各组嗜多染红细胞(PCE)/成熟红细胞(NCE)(以下简称PCE/NCE[C1])比值均在正常范围内;小鼠精子畸形试验,样品各剂量组精子畸形率与阴性对照组比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.828,P>0.05)。结论 3项遗传毒性试验结果均为阴性,锁阳对所试菌株、小鼠体细胞及生殖细胞无诱变性。
Objective Cynomorium songaria genetic characteristics,which will provide a scientific basis for its edible security. Method through Cynomorium songaria for salmonella typhimurium reverse mutation test( Ames test),bone marrow of mice,dyed red blood cell micronucleus test and mouse sperm malformation test research genetic toχicity of cynomorium songaria. Results Ames test for TA97,TA98,TAl00,TAl02 four test strains,and without the integrated,back into the variable colony count samples each dose group were not over of the spontaneous colony count 2 times,no dose response relationship;;Addicted to micronucleus test,samples each dose group of micronucleus rate there was no statistically significant difference compared with negative control group( P〉0. 05). Groups of PCE / an NCE ratios were within the normal range;; Mouse sperm malformation test,the sample dose groups each sperm deformity rate there was no statistically significant difference compared with negative control group( P〉0. 05). Conclusion three genetic toχicity tests are negative,Cynomorium songaria strains,somatic cells and reproductive cells in mice to tried nomutagenicity.
