长沙市内5区蚊虫孳生地现状调查 被引量:3

Current situation investigation on mosquito breeding in 5 regions of Changsha city

摘要 目的掌握长沙市内5区蚊虫孳生现状,为制定蚊虫防控措施提供科学依据。方法将长沙市内5区街道分为内街和外街,采用随机抽样选择调查点,内外街各抽查一个街道办事处,每个办事处从中抽查不同的环境类型调查所有的环境积水,采用目测法记录各类环境的积水处数和阳性处数。结果共调查各类积水813处,阳性179处,阳性率22.02%。居民社区和建筑工地的积水处数较多,分别占积水总数的48.83%和14.02%;公厕阳性率最高,为50.00%;水质以中度污水阳性率最高,为24.22%;5区比较开福区阳性率最高,内街阳性率高于外街(χ2=15.993,P=0.000)。结论长沙市内5区公厕和公园蚊孳生阳性率偏高,孳生地治理时需注重此类环境类型中的中度污水的治理。 Objective To investigate mosquito breeding in 5 regions of Changsha and bring forward its control strategy. Methods Changsha city streets were divided into five districts within the street and the street outside,using random sampling to select survey sites,both inside and outside each street check a street offices,each from a different type of environment check to investigate all of the water environment,using visual count and recording all kinds of positive environment at the law office of water. Results Of the 813 possible breeding places investigated,179( 22. 02 %) yielded positive results. The construction sites and the residents of the community account for most of the total number of the water,of 48. 83% and 14. 02% respectively. In the public toilet,the positive rate was the highest,accounted for 50. 00%; Semi- polluted water rate is the highest,accounted for 24. 22%; The positive rate of Kaifu region was the highest in 5 regions,the positive rate of the street inside was higher than outside( χ^2= 15. 993,P = 0. 000). Conclusions In the public toilet and the park,the positive rate was high,should take notice of these kinds of environment and pay more attention to the handling of the Semi- polluted water.
