石家庄市实施公共场所量化评级管理的效果评价

The effect evaluation on the implementation of public spaces quantify rating management in Shijiazhuang

目的对石家庄市2008、2014年公共场所实施量化分级管理工作所取得的效果进行分析研究,为今后该市公共场所卫生监督工作提供科学依据。方法收集石家庄市卫生监督局直管的533家公共场所单位2014年量化分级评分内容,与其2008年的结果进行比较,同时比较2014年不同量化分级单位的处罚情况。结果与2008年相比,2014年石家庄市卫生监督局直管的公共场所量化分级明显提高,533家公共场所全部达到B级以上;不同等级公共场所处罚率不同,B级单位的处罚率(20.1%)显著高于A级单位的处罚率(10.5%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.458,P=0.035)。结论采用量化分级管理,有助于改善公共场所单位的卫生状况。石家庄市公共场所量化等级工作已经取得了明显的成绩。

Objective This article is aim to analysis the effect after implemented the Hygienic quantified and classified method in public places in Shijiazhuang,since 2008. Methods The quantified and classified scores of 533 public places were collected from Shijiazhuang Health Inspection Bureau in 2014. And the punishment records were also collected. Used chi- square test to compare the quantification and classification grades,and the punishment rate. Results The levels of quantification and classification of public places were significantly improved,compared with those in 2008. All 533 places got to the level B or higher. The punishment rate in different classification levels was different. The public places classified into level B had higher punishment rate（ 20. 1%） than level A which the punishment rate was 10. 5%. The statistical test was significant（ χ2= 4. 458,P = 0. 035）.Conclusion So using the Hygienic quantified and classified method in the public places management will help to improve the public health. And the quantified and classification manage work in Shijiazhuang has achieved obvious results.
